As a Technical Sourcer, you will be responsible for sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases as well as sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.

Job Role:
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
- Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
- Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
- Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
- Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective search process.
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
Must Have Skills:
* Heavy sourcing experience for Perm hires in an agency
* Exposure to passive candidate Sourcing, Linkedin and other media
* Expert in Active and Passive candidate sourcing. High Volume and speed
* Technical Screening skills and People Skills
* Willingness to work flex hours and long hours as required. Entrepreneurial Skills and excellent Communication skills
* Any Experience hiring for Volume and Direct Clients preferred
* Must be fully aware of Compliance restrictions and sourcing in Canada
* Expert in Candidate building, heavy internet Research, Cold calling and Building pipeline
* Recruiting for ERP, application areas, MDM, Hardware,Test engineers,Tech leads ,Software developers,architects,Infrastucture architects,
* Passive Head hunting and expertise in Candidate Development
* Develop and Deploy innovative methods for sourcing, using Linkedin and other Social Media
Build Track record of delivering results /resumes in 3 hrs to 3 days on most requirements
Must be internet savvy to source from job boards, internet and must be expert in Boolean and other methods
Responsible for sourcing, identifying, attracting, securing and closing the hard to find candidates.
Interview, pre qualify, pre close, close and responsible for full recruitment life cycle.
Scanning of Resumes, Identifying appropriate technical skillsets and short-listing the Probable candidate, conducting the Technical interview.
Follow a proactive recruiting model in building candidate database or pipeline based on Client needs and focus areas
Become a dependable results driven recruiter to handle 5 reqs per day
